For an "up and coming" artist, LA- based Elephante is quite the producer. He's been releasing his own music for about a year now and has tons of hits, but ever since I got note of his work he's created three great remixes in a row and all have been introduced here. He's on a roll. This remix of Katy Perry's popular radio track featuring Juicy J, "Dark Horse" is interesting. Because it's kind of a hip-hop song, the build almost feels as if its going to be a trap remix, then instead a big house drop comes in and I love how it works. The post-drop break is also sick too, song's got everything. Look forward to whatever Elephante has next for us, I'm sure it'll be big.
